Why can Pakistan recognize the third gender

What in the fuck is wrong with this country?

Hooray for Pakistan but come on America, yes President Obama has made some effort when he appointed a trans woman, Amanda Simpson, to the Department of Commerce as a senior technical adviser.

But we have a long way to go for rights for ALL trans people in this country.

Recently Alexis Giraldo a trans woman who was sent to a MALE prison in California sued the state of California for this injustice but the Supreme Court of the United States went with the prison system and found no wrong doing on the state of California.

Everyone knows what happens to trans people in prison, why would the state of California not protect their inmates against these incidents? Just because Giraldo is a trans woman does she not have the right to be treated like everyone else? Then to top it off to place her in general population and not PC like every other trans person in the system?

Am I the only one who finds this disgusting and sickening and to have Pakistan to be far more advanced in recognizing the injustices of the legal system before America is beyond ridiculous and wrong.

I am saying fuck America on this post because I guess I got to head to Pakistan in order to be treated like an equal citizen.
